We have a beautiful apartment of 156 m2 on the first floor of a new villa in a peaceful location only a couple of minutes from the center of Opatija. The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, which two of them have a balcony, two bathrooms and a living room with a kitchen and dining area. The villa is surrounded by a courtyard of a swimming pool with a sundeck which all the tenants can use. Right next to the pool, there is a summer kitchen with a toilette. All the apartments have a parking space on private parking of the property.
